Garland Legends Organization

G.L.O. was formed by a group of Board of Directors June 30, 2016 who goals are to continue building, and supporting our roots of Garland. We will provide continuous events for all ages. Awarding at least one Legend annually who is chosen by the Board. In giving this Gales Fields award, G.L.O will work closely with the City of Garland. The announced Legends name will be placed on The Legends Plaque Posted at Gale Fields Recreation Center, as long as the Legendary Facility exists. We will be focused on our Veterans on a global level.
Assisting Senior Citizens

We will seek people from the community to share sweat Equity to upgrade homes and yard for senior citizens 65 and older. Qualifications required. GLO will walk closely with our Garland Councilwomen, and other Board members, supporting them in their hunt to make the community better and safer for the people.
 

Garland Legends Organization

Disaster

Support people who are impacted by unforeseen event on a global level. Providing daily needs, up to and including shelters on first come first serve basis’, as long as funds are available. Certain qualifications must be met. G.L.O. Will have Clergies on site, to assist with those who desires prayer, and comfort. As a signature event G.L.O. Will have a Pimp My Prom event for students who may need assistance with various items for their senior Prom. Certain Qualification must be met.
